The final findings of fact and order for the North Pond Water Level Hearing can be found on the North Pond Association website under our HOME tab and public files. No changes need to be made to the structure of the dam. The order provides appropriate guidelines for management of the dam very similar to how the NPA has managed the dam for the past several years.
